By signing the consent form, you consent, on your behalf and that of your liquidators, administrators, or assignees, to:

All staff members, associate advisors, general managing agents and suppliers who have access to client files must protect this information, keep it confidential and use it solely for its intended purpose. We have also implemented physical and computer safeguards and other processes to protect customer information from unauthorized access.
Per the principles and recommendations of PIPEDA, our employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement at the start of their employment. We ensure they remain aware of the importance of protecting personal information and cybersecurity through regular training and content.
How long we retain your personal information
Your personal information will be kept only for 1) the time required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, 2) the time required by the laws applicable to the products and services you have subscribed to with us, and 3) the time required to protect our rights in the event of recourse.
